Hello! I’m Felicity
I’ve spent over 15 years working closely with founders and leadership teams inside growing businesses.
Across that time, my role has taken different forms — Strategic Planning, Operations Lead, Project Manager, Head of Administration — but the thread running through all of them has stayed the same:
Helping organisations figure out how to actually work as they grow.
Most businesses don’t struggle because of lack of ambition or ideas. They struggle because growth creates complexity faster than the organisation can adapt.
What once felt simple starts to feel heavier. Decisions take longer. Priorities compete. Teams become busy, but not always aligned.
That’s the space I’ve always worked in.
These days, I focus on helping organisations evolve for what’s next.
That usually means working with founders and leadership teams to step back, understand what’s really going on inside the business, and redesign how the organisation operates so it can support its next stage of growth.
I tend to work with service-based businesses — from paid media and PR agencies through to events, coaching and property businesses. They all share a few things in common: strong client relationships, ambitious growth goals, and increasing complexity behind the scenes.
Some clients bring me in for a specific piece of thinking or direction. Others work with me more continuously as a strategic partner as their business evolves.
Either way, the work is the same at its core: helping organisations evolve how they work so growth feels clearer, not heavier.
Outside of work, life is pretty full in a different way. I’m a mum of two, living in Surrey with my husband and our sausage dog, Ralph. Most of my spare time is spent at the gym, in Pilates, or getting pulled into whatever wellness trend is doing the rounds.
If you’re at a point where your business feels like it’s outgrowing the way it operates, I’d love to hear from you.
